About us

Our Student Services team is responsible for operating integrated processes and applications within SAP Student Life Cycle Management (SLCM). Duties and responsibilities include creating user documentation, providing user training and first and second level user support as well as applications development.

We provide services for the following user groups:

  • students: MOnA, online course directory
  • teaching staff: Online Services (TeLL)
  • Degree programme coordination: Online Services (LAP)
  • Institute offices: student records
  • Dean of Studies Offices: student records, audits
  • room bookers: room booking system
  • university-wide: web-based access to room bookings
  • general public: online course directory, printed course directory
